A background in industry followed by specialisation in the field of Wills, Trusts and Probate allows Tom to bring a practical and well rounded perspective to advising clients on all aspects of Tax and Estate Planning from making Wills to the creation and administration of Trusts and the winding up of Estates.
Tom’s professional experience is unusually broad and includes Inheritance Act claims, contentious trust and probate cases, Court of Protection Work and Charity Law.
Being a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), the Law Society’s Probate Section and Solicitors for the Elderly, places Tom as a leading solicitor in these areas of work in the East Midlands.
When a hectic life with a young family allows Tom enjoys cross country mountain biking and the more sedate pleasures of music and reading.
