Planning for your Old Age
We prefer to call this "preparing for your future". Our experience shows that the sooner you start to plan, the less there will be for you to worry about when old age does catch up with you. We recommend that you visit one of our lawyers every two years or so to update your personal details and ensure that any changes in the law do not affect your arrangements.
We will be able to advise you on the right action to take and when to take it. By taking the time to see us early and regularly you will benefit from knowing that you are making the most of your tax allowances, your estate will pass to your intended beneficiaries, someone will be able to look after your affairs if you are not able and a suitable plan is put in place should you require care.
We believe that the greatest thing that you can do for those who are close to you is to protect their freedom by planning for an independent old age.
