Supporting our Community
Although we are a relatively small firm we passionately believe that we punch above our weight in the quality and value of the services we provide. This belief is reflected in our commitment to contributing to our community by providing our expertise without charge to worthwhile causes and sponsoring a variety of community organisations and fundraising ventures.
We were a founder member of the North Nottinghamshire Business In The Community Pro-help scheme which is now part of Nottinghamshire Pro-Help. The scheme facilitates member firms providing free professional support and advice to community and voluntary organisations in the local area.
Our sponsorship is specifically targeted at organisations and individuals that we believe will make a difference.

June 2009 - Catherine Ward and Hannah Fairweather spent an afternoon with pupils at St. Anne's primary school in Worksop telling them about the exciting life of a solicitor!
July 2009 - Justin Hughes (Mission Excellence Limited) completed the gruelling Etape du Tour which follows the route of the Tour de France in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
October 2009 - Linda Coombes at Everest Base Camp in support of Cancer Research UK.
April 2010 - Newark Rugby Union Football Club Under 17s Devon Easter Tour.
July 2010 - James Ryan of Smith Craven Chartered Accountants and some of his colleagues completed the gruelling Doncaster Dragon Boat challenge in aid of Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice.

October 2011 - With a little assistance from us, Reverend Monsignor Thappeta Showry the Vicar General of the Diocase of Khammam in India visited the local area and other parts of the UK to raise funds to sponsor disadvantaged children in his Indian Diocese.
